freebe the Autonomous Wheelchair Revolutionizing Mobility.
An adjustable-height wheelchair, foldable wheels, and telescopic supports to lean on.
Nothing new under the sun, but, by combining these three features,
we have created a unique system in the world for accessing a car in a wheelchair autonomously.
freebe consists of two distinct elements:
1.- Electric Wheelchair
For indoor/outdoor use, its distinguishing feature is the ability to access any type of vehicle autonomously, whether as a driver or passenger, effortlessly during both entry and exit.
In its basic option, it has the particularity of adapting to any height and storing in memory the different positions for transfers to the sofa, bed, bathroom, or car.
This feature of the lifting system greatly facilitates car access without the need for a crane system, as the chair itself lifts by relying on telescopic rails that extend from the car to make the transfer, while the wheels fold to ease the entry.
Additionally, the retractable drive wheels allow overcoming another issue faced by wheelchair users: curbs, which can be comfortably overcome with this system, avoiding dangerous tilts and jolts.
Or goes up and down ramps while always maintaining a horizontal position.
2.- Special Seat.
To perform the transfer to the car, it incorporates a special seat that serves anyone, whether they are the driver or the passenger.
In case of disability, the seat tilts to reveal telescopic rails that are manually extended to serve as a support on which the wheelchair will elevate. Once the wheels are folded, the user can manually enter the car effortlessly.
Therefore, the car requires minimal adaptation and remains fully functional without any loss of space.
freebe is a project developed by a team committed to improving personal autonomy and accessibility in vehicles for wheelchair users.
We seek to establish alliances with global manufacturers and distributors to bring this technology to market, as well as to explore crowdfunding options to create a functional prototype.

If you have reached this point, we would greatly appreciate it if you could answer this simple questionnaire. We are very interested in finding out if potential interested parties consider personal autonomy as important as we believe.
